Perfect for travel
I took this on my Europe trip as my carry on and it was great. So much room and so many pockets! The straps are sturdy, and of course I love the colors.

Much more comfortable than Patagonia equivalent
I ordered this pack and the Patagonia Black Hole MCL 45L. This pack was way more comfortable for me (athletic build, 5'11" female) and I loved how the pockets were separated in comparison to the Patagonia pack. I can't wait to use this for international and domestic travel!

excellent travel backpack
I recently purchased this backpack as a travel pack for flying. Fit everything and more for a 4 day trip. Fits wonderfully in overhead bins and the waist and chest straps help distribute the weight of the pack well. Would absolutley recommend.

Incredible backpack!
This bag is legendary! I just took it on a two week international trip and didn’t have to check anything. It looks amazing, feels great, and holds an insane amount of stuff. Also the del dia colors are sick!

travel pack
I have used this pack one time so far, and I absolutely love it. it is super functional, I can fit quite a few outfits in. A huge plus is that it has a separate laptop compartment. Also, on one of my flights, there was no space in overhead bin, but this pack fit under the seat!

Good backpack but not perfect
Attractive design. Shoulder straps are great. Waste belt is a plus. Good amount of pockets and organization compartment. However, not sure if I’d keep it or not yet because it’s missing the most important feature for my needs. It doesn’t have a luggage-pass through for roller bag handle. Especially for the size of 42l, i want to be able to stack it on top of my roller bag when I want to rest my back and shoulders. I’m trying to think if i could find something to sew it into the back of Allpa but not sure how successful it’ll be. I’ve purchased other backpacks for my upcoming trip to find the best ones for my needs- peak design travel backpack 45, Thule aion 40, Patagonia mcl 45. All of these bags have luggage-pass through slips and Cotopaxi Allpa doesn’t. There’s an access amount of materials of the front shell that makes the bag look like it would holds more than it actually does. I’d have to give it a more thought and play around little bit to decide.

Too colorful
I love that the brand allows for creative freedom and avoids waste with the Del Doa bag, however, the bag was simply too colorful for me. I tried to choose a bag from the website that had colors I thought liked and that were not too bright, but when the bag came in the mail I had to return it. I knew I would get tired of so many colors and did not like the bag on first impression.

Two weeks in Greece
I really wanted to pack light and smart for this trip. With this pack I accomplished that and was happy along the way as we went from island to island and into cities.
