Why We Like the Saucony Endorphin Edge Trail Running Shoe

Good shoe
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- 11
Like this shoe. More nimble than the Hoka Speedgoats Ive been wearing for the past 5 years, but would prefer the Speedgoats with their cushioning for anything involving pavement. Fit is true to size with a roomy toe box. Used them on dirt and dry sandstone, haven’t had them on wet granite, yet.

Toe box is on point
Love my endorphin edges. The toe box is incredible. I loved them so much I bought a second pair right away.

Great shoe !
Great shoe-bought about a month ago and wear them daily. You don’t notice the carbon plate till your running or walking uphill-it adds a little extra bounce to your step-definitely recommend a pair.

Curious if its possible roll your ankle on gravel?
Have had these shoes for a few months and have to retired them. They are EXTREMELY unstable. Should not be a trail shoe. Running in Arizona desert trails I have almost snapped my ankle way too many times, had to end workouts early because I rolled my ankle so badly etc. avoid these shoes if you are running on technical trails.

Very unstable shoe
This should not be a trail shoe. It is an extremely unstable shoe. I hurt my ankles several times. These are real ankle twisters and I rolled my ankles in them several times! Other than that, they look good, the cushioning is fine, so if you just go on a fast, none technical, fire road, these could be okay but i would not wear them on anything steep, or rocky, technical. The quality if fine but the sole does wear very fast!

Thanks for your support!
I have several other pairs of Saucony, but nothing really in blue. So what first attracted me is the vibrant color. And then when they arrived (on time, as usual), I tried them on. They are incredibly comfortable, and provide the support I need: I am coming up on my 72nd birthday, and spend 8 to 10 hours a day on a concrete floor, and these shoes are just what I need. And I've had several comments from co-workers as well. Positive comments...

Carbon plated trail shoe
lightweight yet durable with traction for trails! Feel the performance descending as it cushions the impact and yet the carbon plate returns with speed.
