Great vest
Very light weight and great warmth for the size. Also like that it has a little stretch to it.

Great for spring golf and brisk weather hikes!
Great, lightweight vest for brisk days. I wear it to run errands and play winter/spring golf in New Mexico. A nice lightweight layer under a rain jacket, but not a waterproof or windproof vest.

Versatile vest! A must buy!
Purchased for my dad for Christmas. Versatile vest that can be worn as a baselayer, but warm/stylish enough to be worn on its own on warmer days for outdoor chores/errands. High quality material. True to size.

Definitely would buy this vest or other trail mix items
I love this vest. One of the complaints I had read from a review was that the chest pocket is not big enough for a cell phone. I have an iPhone 12 mini and it fits just fine in there. I guess if you have a massive, tablet-sized cell phone, then it's not going to fit. I really like the texture of the material and it provides a good amount of warmth. It feels very quality also. I will be very likely to buy another vest like this or the other sweatshirts in this line. I really like wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath. It's great for every day usage.

Just what I wanted!
I got this for bouldering because my hands get super warm in long sleeves. Keeps the body warm and the hands cool! Warm and comfy

Awesome supplementary layer
I wear it over a flannel on cooler days. Over a hoodie on even colder ones. Very lightweight and breathable yet still good at keeping the heat in. They pocket is big enough for a wallet, keys or a phone. Kinda cramped for all three but it's definitely easy access for something important. Only downside I can think of is in this kalmeta colorway it looks like a smock so you'll easily be mistaken for someone who works at the store you're shopping around in but other than that it's a great vest. Highly recommend

Good versatility
I had no problem with my iPhone XR in a beefy case fitting in the front pocket, but it's snug. My use cases are 1. Layering piece on 2-4 day mountaineering objectives in 0-35F temps 2. Going on walks around town in 30-65F 3. Inside the house, over a tee shirt at 70-75F or layered up with other stuff when it's colder I'm 5'9" 195 lbs athletic build and I wear a medium, form fitting but not tight or constricting anywhere. This isn't a wind breaking piece, it's grid fleece. As such it's medium warmth and light wind protection, breathable, good for mid layering in the cold. I'm on the couch wearing it right now over a long sleeve hoodie and a tee shirt under that. In my opinion. Grid fleece is a good alternative to wool: more durable, warmer, gets more smelly over multi day adventures. Wool resists odor really well, breathes better, breaks the wind less, rips easier. Anyways this vest does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Useless chest pocket
I bought this as an outer layer for early spring hiking/snowshoeing, easily layered-over but enough for ascending. In the wilderness I need a chest pocket to hold either a cellphone or a good map. This pocket is too small for either. Someone decided that the pocket should serve urban style, so it's very small. But I would have expected OR of all companies to create something serviceable. I'll keep this for random wear and replace with a better vest when I can find one
