The 20-liter backpack has a running vest-inspired shoulder harness that keeps the bag close so we can move quickly on the trails, while the AirScape back panel keeps cool, refreshing air moving on hot summer hikes. The cinch-top closure allows us to compress the bag to minimize excess fabric, while side compression straps secure trekking poles, ice axes, or other bulky items. The front stretch pocket can accommodate helmets and jackets, while the quick access shoulder strap pockets keep our phone and snacks a quick reach away.

Most comfortable back pack I have ever worn . I love the running harness style straps. If you're looking for a super light weight day hiker look no further :) I'm 6'0 - 190lbs the XL version fits me like a glove. I loved it so much I ordered 2 more packs from Osprey .
