A really nice pizza peel.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So important to have the pizza slide correctly into the Ooni oven. This works great for getting a smooth release. I thought it very pricey for what it is but it does work well.

Makes pizza transfer and slip so much easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We highly recommend this piece of kit, when the dough is ready we flour (semolina) the peel, shape the dough onto there and then put on the toppings. It's simple then to transfer the pizza and slip straight into the oven. The door is open much less time, retaining heat. The results are fantastic, great shape, even toppings and perfect crust. The peel also helps you retrieve your pizza quickly. This peel makes easy work and gives us a lot more confidence working with the oven.

Pizzas just slide off like water from a ducks back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second perforated peel and knowing what to expect this doesn’t disappoint. Following Ooni’s dough/launching tips I’ve had zero problems with sticking dough or had to resort to a rescue calzone. I use the peel from preparation, launch, turn and remove from oven and it performs each task with aplomb. And as an added bonus it makes very nice flour patterns on your work surfaces

Perforated peel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say the quality of the peel is great but I prefer the solid peel. The perforated is messy when dusting it with flour before putting the dough on it to put it in the oven.

Ooni.. worth every penny…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, pricy but worth it.. I use a little corn meal sprinkled on the peel. Everything slides off nicely.. so far so good…

Never new how useful a tool like this could be.

Fantastic peel!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the fence about giving the extra euros for this peel, I already had a non perforated peel from a cheaper make, however my experience with the OONI turning peel gave me the extra push to get this one, and it has been totally worth it! If you’re on the fence, make your self a favor and just get it!

Expensive -- but worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you find yourself constantly cleaning up gooey messes on your stone due \to failed launches, give this a trey. The slick finish combined with the perforations provide a slippery surface that facilitates smooth launches every time. I also found that Poolish-based dough was more manageable and less sticky,

Having never used a pizza
