The Scrambler 25L Backpack is just the bag we need for cragging. Mountain Hardwear constructed this bag from Dimension-Polyant material, which has a four-layer construction to help it seal out water and resist the abrasive nature of the approach. The padded base helps the pack stand vertically so you can load gear easily as well as protects contents once they're loaded. Waist and sternum straps stabilize the pack while dual-density padding in the shoulder straps keep your comfortable. A variety of attachment points include daisy chains, an internal gear loop, and the Forward-Access system which ensures you can reach clipped gear without taking off your pack.

Great Climbing Daypack
Great bag, very practical for day trips climbing. Holds rope, harness, draws, helmet, and shoes with lots of space to spare for other gear. My only complaint is that the fastening system on the lid isn’t very secure, but there are ways to work around that. Overall, great bag, would recommend.

Multipitch bff
LOVE THIS PACK!. I'd been looking for a backpack to take multipitching for a while when a friend let me try out her scrambler. It has the perfect amount of structure to support heavy loads (a full rack + personal gear + 70m rope) without being too rigid when almost empty on lead. I like the hip belt for stabilization and the deep, burly water bottle pockets. Only thing I would change is that I wish it had load lifter straps on the shoulders! Otherwise 10/10!

The right fit for me
I’m constantly on the look for new packs that fit me right and obviously the functionality and look is important as well. The Scrambler 25 checks the boxes for me.

Great year round daypack / alpine pack
Lightweight and bulletproof with all the functionality you need and none you don't. This is my 2nd Mountain Hardwear backpack (my other is the BMG 105) and they never disappoint or fall apart - love them!!

Hipbelt needs to be strengthed, if heavy loaded
Satisfied with the Scrambler backpack. It's versatile and compact. I took it on various trips, the only problem is the hipbelt. If you load to much, it becomes not so stable with the nylon belts.

Great daypack!
The Scrambler 25 Backpack lived up to my expectations and has become my favorite daypack for humid/wet days on the trail in Virginia. It is very comfortable, has tons of space, is waterproof, and has lots of accessory straps and zip pockets for organizing your gear. I look forward to using it this winter in the Catskills.

Clumsy design for an otherwise great bag
Solid bag. Seems durable. Water resistant. The downside is the closure where the red piece hooks it closed. Time consuming and comes apart too easily. There are these things called zippers that work a lot better

Tricky website.
Smaller than I thought and your system did not allow me to cancel the order just 15 minutes after I placed it even though it states that it can be canceled within 30 minutes.
