These shoes are absolutely amazing. I have been wearing Brooks for six years these are the best ever.

Perfect runningshoe
The Glycerine 21 is a very nice shoe. I have used it recently in my training for the Rotterdam marathon. I also ran the Rotterdam marathon in it. a pleasant, stable shoe. Ideal for longer distances.

Best glycerin to date
Full disclaimer. I am a brooks ambassador, but this is an honest review. Best glycerin to date. I was worried that I might get less mileage in the midsole since it went nitrogen infused, but I think I can get more than in v19. For me this is a 1000+km shoe that gets better as the mileage increases. The new outsole design really helps with an adaptive transition. And with the v21 the step in comfort is even better than the v20.. which was already great. Downsides? The only one for me is that this is not brilliant at picking up the pace compared to other brooks shoes.. but that is not what it was intended for.. sorry.. I wanted to get at least one downside and that was the best I could come up with haha

excellent
This is an excellent shoe. Much more comfortable than Glycerin 20. It provides an excellent ride with good support. Bottom line I am very happy with the 21.

Hoka no more!
Amazingly comfortable and supportive. Replaced HOKA Clifton 8s with these and never going back. A perfect shoe!

Not a firm feel like the Glycerin 20. Too mushy.
I don’t like it as much as the Glycerin 20. It feels too mushy. Bring the Glycerin 20 back. Need to use a stronger material on top since my toes pretty quickly create a hole in the top.

Stack height is to high
I preferred a glycerin 20s over the 21s. I do not like the new increased stack height on a 21s. I’ve almost twisted my ankle a couple times and I think they look like clown shoes on my feet. I return my pair and now I’m wearing the ghost 16.

Glycerin: The Positive & The Negative
Purchased 020 - Black/Black/Ebony Men’s Size 9.5 Width medium. The positive: good amount of cushion. The negative: Color says black, but the color is clearly grey. Brooks’ swoosh logo has a leopard print look to it. I don’t know any men who like leopard print. Toe box is ridiculously too wide. Looks like those floppy shoes on a clown. I had high hopes for this shoe. Last shoe I really liked was Ghost 14 GTX in Black. Ghost 15 tread wore down quickly and cushioning didn’t last long.

Not as good as Glycerin 20. I work in healthcare. My run to the car parking about a couple blocks away quickly started to hurt the medial part of my feet wearing these.

Most comfortable shoes
I’ve tried other brands, but, when I switched to Brooks, knee pain went away. They are very comfortable shoes that have helped me in my long distance walking-6miles 4-5x/week and I bought a pair for work as well.
